Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 egg
powdered sugar
Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese using an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in cake mix and egg. Refrigerate batter 2 hours until firm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll batter into walnut-sized balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets (I lined mine with parchment paper). Bake 12 minutes or until firm on the top.
